Antiferromagnetic resonance in <i>α</i>-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> up to its Néel temperature

چکیده
Hematite ( α-Fe 2 O 3 ) is an antiferromagnetic material with a very low spin damping and high Néel temperature. The temperature dependence of the resonance in bulk single crystal hematite was characterized from room up to frequency range 0.19–0.5 THz. From these data, estimated as 966 K.
